Our classes run all year long and they don't stop for summer! 

We will give you a Free Trial class to see how you like it, we are sure you will love it and want to join! 

Home School Gymnastics have a $9 trial class, not free.

FREE "Trial Class" for children interested in gymnastics the trial will be in a class titled "Trial Class"

Parent & Me, Tiny Tumble/Tumble, Homeschool trials will be done in their respective classes

REGISTER FOR A TRIAL by clicking above "Login to Customer Portal" button, 

create and account for yourself, sign the electronic waivers, add your child as a student, enroll them in a "Trial Class" 

or Parent & Me, Tiny Tumble, Tumble, Homeschool, ..  under "enrollment type" choose "Trial"

 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

 

PARENT & ME  is a gymnastics class specifically for children 18 months to 3 years old.  We will introduce little ones to the very basic gymnastics on all of the classic Olympic events on our preschool sized equipment. They will learn Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor and they will also love jumping on the trampoline.  This class is 45 minutes long.  Children must have a parent assist with them on the gym floor to keep them on task. 

 

TOTS GYMNASTICS  is a gymnastics class for children 3 - 4 years old.  This is an entry level beginning gymnastics class where little ones will learn basic skills and techniques on all 4 of the classic Olympic events, Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor.  This class is 1 hour long. 

 

FOUNDATIONS CLASSES:  Are entry level classes designed to give beginning gymnasts ages 5-10 years old the opportunity to learn all the basic skills they need on all 4 of the classic Olympic events (Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor).  Once they have mastered the necessary skills for their age they can move into the next age appropriate gymnastics class.  Our Foundations Classes are divided into the following Age appropriate classes:​

   MINI  FOUNDATIONS:    For children ages 5-7 years,  1 hour long class​

   JUNIORS  FOUNDATIONS:    For children ages 8+ years,  1 hour 15 min long class

 

MINI GYMNASTICS  is a Coach Selected only gymnastics class for children 5-7 years old.  They will build on the basics mastered in Foundations and continue to learn skills and techniques on all 4 of the classic Olympic events, Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor.  This class is 1 hour long. 

 

JUNIORS  GYMNASTICS  is a Coach Selected only gymnastics class for children 8+ years old.  They will build on the basics mastered in Foundations and continue to learn skills and techniques on all 4 of the classic Olympic events, Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor.  This class is 1 hour & 15 minutes long. 

 

ADVANCED GYMNASTICS  is a Coach Selected only advanced gymnastics class for children 7 years old & up  and REQUIRES Coach Evaluation for placement into this class. Children will learn advanced skills in all 4 of the classic Olympic events, Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor.  This class is 2 hours long. 

 

TINY TUMBLE  is a 1 hour long, tumble only class for children ages 4 - 6 years.  Children will work on the beginning skills of floor tumbling such as extension rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridge-kickovers, round-offs, walk-overs, etc.

 

BASIC TUMBLE is a 1 hour long, tumble only class for children ages 7 and up with tumbling skills ranging from beginner thru a spotted backhandspring.  Children will work on the skills of floor tumbling such as handstands, cartwheels, bridge-kickovers, round-offs, walk-overs, backhandsprings, etc.  
 

HOMESCHOOL  Gymnastics class is for Legally Certified Home Schooled children 5 - 16 years old.  They will learn all 4 of the classic gymnastic Olympic events, Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor.  This class is 1 hour long. This class is specially designed at a discounted price for our Home School community to offer an introduction to gymnastics.  This class is not broken down in to beginners or those with more advanced skills nor is it broken down by age.  We will divide the class in groups of 8-10 children by the age of those in attendance.
