Top Notch is a family owned and operated business originating from Long Island, NY. For over 35 years Mildred O'Keefe and her husband, the late Jack O'Keefe, have dedicated their lives to training children, including their own three daughters in the sport of gymnastics. Mildred has since retired from active coaching but fortunately her daughters Jennifer, Joann, and Dawn are able to continue fulfilling their family's passion by coaching gymnastics to children ages 18 months through National level competitive gymnasts. It's their love of the sport and full familiy involvement that make Top Notch Gymnastics unique.
We are a USA Gymnastics Certified Gymnastics Club and we provide each individual student with the best instruction and encouragement by using experienced coaches and proven techniques in a friendly and fun environment. It is our mission to teach each student self-discipline, self-respect, self-confidence, and coordination. Attention, kindness, and motivation are the key elements that create the ultimate gymnastics experience.
We offer a wide variety of programs to choose from including recreational gymnastics, competitive teams, tumbling, after school care, summer camps, birthday parties, and open gym.
We offer a spacious 10,000 square foot fully equipped gymnastics training facility including 2 full sized floors for gymnasts and cheerleaders alike. Separate areas for after school children and birthday parties. And the following USAG Certified Equipment:
